Labelling systems are used in industry to label products, packaging, outer packaging or transport containers with legally or organisationally necessary information such as serial numbers, production data or expiry dates. In most cases, this step is the end of the production process and takes place before shipping and distribution. Labelling, marking or identification of products or shipping packaging is characterised above all by dynamic data. Consecutive serial numbers, dynamically calculated expiry dates or even variable QR codes serve to transport more information in order to make other work processes easier and more effective. and thus make other work processes simpler and more effective.

With the NasaJet® NJ-2000, in addition to our hand-held printers, we also offer a stationary labelling system, which can be integrated with little effort into existing into existing assembly line production. The NasaJet® NJ-2000 consists of a computer unit (control unit) and a one inch TIJ (Thermal Inkjet) based print head. The computer unit allows the simple and convenient generation and management of print data directly at the point of use via a touchscreen and controls the output. and controls the output at the printhead according to the set production speeds (up to 60m per minute).

The NJ-2000 can be equipped with 2 1/2 or 1 inch ink cartridges, offers as the possibility to use 2 print heads. This results in combined print heights of up to more than 50 mm (large character printer) or 2 parallel print processes can be performed at different locations on the print object.
