The NasaJet 1000 series represents a highly flexible, industrial printing solution specifically developed to intelligently, reliably, and efficiently meet the complex marking requirements of modern production lines. Based on proven thermal inkjet technology, this series enables precise, dynamic marking of a wide range of products – from simple batch numbers to variable barcodes and QR codes.
What makes this series particularly special is its flexible configuration: it can be equipped with 1 to 6 independent printheads, allowing you to adapt it precisely to the requirements of your production line. This enables printing heights ranging from just a few millimeters up to several centimeters, depending on how many heads you use and how they are arranged.

At the core of the NasaJet® 1000 series is the proven 1/2 inch thermal inkjet (TIJ) technology, known for high print quality with minimal maintenance requirements. This technology ensures that variable data such as text, serial numbers, barcodes, and QR codes are applied clearly, sharply, and reliably to a wide variety of materials – even at high speeds – from cardboard and plastic to coated surfaces and metal.
Another key advantage of the NasaJet® 1000 series is its connectivity. With RS232 and Ethernet interfaces, the system is ideally suited for industrial operation: data from higher-level controllers or IT systems can be processed directly, allowing dynamic content such as lot or batch numbers, timestamps, or database-driven data to be printed in real time.
