Mo-Sa: 9:00-18:00Today, concrete is an indispensable building and construction material. Its material properties are too good - even if it is not necessarily the cleanest solution from an environmental point of view. More and more concrete components are being produced in advance in the factory and then processed on site, for example sewer pipes or formwork.
In order to be able to process the parts quickly and cleanly on the construction site in accordance with the planning, it makes sense to mark and label the concrete components. This is often still done using markers, spray cans or stamps. The modern variant - with many advantages - is labelling with a hand printer.
Modern hand printers (inkjet guns) are ideal when it comes to labelling large objects and components quickly,
effectively and cost-effectively. Concrete printing is therefore time-saving and economical.
The required print data is created and saved directly in the device. In particular,
the automated creation of consecutive serial numbers is ideal for marking components at the production site so
that they can be quickly assigned again on the construction site. However, printing barcodes or QR codes is
also easily possible with a handheld printer. This allows further metadata about a component to be attached
to the product itself. The exact print location can be freely selected or changed at short notice if required.
Existing labelling on concrete can be added easily and inexpensively with a hand printer. Rounded or curved
surfaces (pipes) are no problem for a hand printer as it is guided along the object. The porous surface of
concrete is also no problem, as the actual printing is contactless (inkjet technology).
The NasaJet® hand printer is the right choice if you frequently need to print on concrete objects or are planning to do so as part of digitisation. In the warehouse, in production or on site at the construction site - the mobile hand printer can quickly and economically print any data or even images and barcodes (QR codes) on anything. Provided the right ink is used, it is also easy to switch between components made of different materials. In addition to concrete, the principle of the hand printer is also suitable for almost all other solid materials, be it metal, wood, stone or, of course, paper and cardboard. With its favourable purchase price and robust inkjet technology, the NasaJet® is ideal for commercial use. The range of functions - multi-line printing, large character printing, printing of images, barcodes or consecutive numbers - is in no way inferior to more expensive competitor products. The print templates themselves are quickly and conveniently created and saved directly on the device using the built-in touchscreen. Your own graphics and logos can of course be transferred to the device via USB stick. Data can also be backed up via the USB interface. The NasaJet® uses standardised HP45 ink cartridges with an integrated print head. This industrial printing solution is robust, has been tried and tested for decades and is now available from many suppliers at favourable prices.
For large production quantities and existing production lines, we also offer an integrable, stationary solution for industrial labelling. The NasaJet® NJ-2000 marking system is the simple and economical solution for printing concrete directly on the production line. The print head can be installed directly on the production line independently of the control unit and can be connected to existing cycle generators (optical sensor, etc.). Here too, almost any print options are available - text, numbers, serial numbers, codes and graphics can be printed on the concrete.
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about our NasaJet® systems for printing, labelling, marking or marking concrete or to demonstrate the NasaJet® to you in person.
