Mo-Sa: 9:00-18:00Labelling of packaging is one of the final, but also the important work steps in industry and trade. Be it serial numbers, best-before dates or other manufacturer information - certain information simply always has to be printed on cardboard. In the fully automated industry, this is usually not a big problem. Marking systems are usually an integral part of production lines and today and do almost everything automatically and autonomously. With smaller production volumes or emerging market players, the situation is often different. often a different story. Organic farmers are on the threshold of moving from romantic village shops to industrial suppliers for an increasing number of Organic supermarkets or even successful artisans quickly reach their limits when it comes to simple yet economical labelling and marking of products. and marking of product packaging or shipping boxes made of cardboard or paperboard. Legal requirements must simply be and effective logistics require precise labelling.
Printing on cartonboard offers remarkable versatility in terms of colour schemes, graphics and brand messages. Companies can personalise their products with eye-catching designs and logos to attract consumer attention. Carton printing makes it possible to transfer high-resolution images and complex designs onto packaging with precision and quality.
Carton printing plays a critical role in creating and reinforcing brand identity. By being able to create consistent and appealing packaging, companies can better position their products and influence consumer brand perception. A memorable design on cartonboard packaging promotes brand recognition and can lead to a stronger bond between the consumer and the product.
In times of growing environmental awareness, sustainability is also gaining importance in the packaging sector. Printing on cardboard allows for environmentally friendly options as cardboard is a recyclable material. Companies can use eco-friendly inks and printing processes to demonstrate their environmental responsibility while delivering high quality packaging.
Advances in printing technology have made cartonboard printing more efficient and cost-effective. State-of-the-art printing machines enable designs to be realised precisely and quickly on cardboard. This helps to optimise the production process and shorten delivery times.
Despite all the benefits of cardboard printing, companies also face challenges in terms of quality assurance. It is crucial to ensure that the print on cartonboard packaging is consistent and of high quality to ensure brand integrity and customer satisfaction.
The purchase of large marking systems is usually very expensive and they can only show their efficiency in large production plants. So even today, the only alternative is often manual marking or marking with adhesive labels.
Inkjet hand printers (inkjet guns) are, by their very nature, ideal for printing quickly, effectively and inexpensively on printing on cartons, boxes and telescope cartons made of corrugated board or similar materials. In contrast to pre-printed cardboard, the exact printing location can be flexibly changed if required and, in addition, variable data (durability,...) can be quickly adapted. In addition, inkjet technology is very economical when it comes to monochrome printing, as is sufficient for shelf-life data or barcodes. Also ink with ink with a wide variety of properties and qualities, such as waterproof, smudge-proof or fluorescent, is also comparatively inexpensive today. Typical inkjet problems, such as dried ink or clogged nozzles, are only a problem in commercial and industrial printing. play only a minor role in commercial and industrial everyday life, as they are used much more regularly. The TIJ technology (Thermal Inkjet) from Hewlett Packard from Hewlett Packard combines the print head and ink tank in a single housing so that the print heads are automatically replaced on a regular basis. For printing on board and cardboard in small to medium batches, there is hardly a better solution at the moment than a handheld inkjet printer.

Metal, wood, stone or plastic can be marked quickly and easily. The purchase prices are very low compared to conventional inks. industrial marking systems much lower. The range of functions - multi-line printing, printing of images, QU and barcodes or sequential numbers - is on a par with these much more expensive competitor products.
Also for larger production quantities and for integration into existing production lines, we offer with the NasaJet® NJ-2000 a professional and
and yet economical marking system for printing on cardboard. Separate control and printing units of the NasaJet® NJ-2000
allow a quick and easy installation into existing production lines with a maximum print speed of up to 60m per minute.
The printing units can be flexibly positioned. This allows simultaneous printing of different pages at the same time.
The control unit with integrated touch screen allows the creation of even complex print templates. The printing of cardboard with the necessary
information such as expiry date, serial numbers or barcodes can be fully automated. And the labelling costs
nevertheless remain clear and economical.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our NasaJet® systems for printing on cardboard and to give you a personal demonstration of the NasaJet®. Dynamic and economical carton and printing shipping carton has never been easier.
The NasaJet® marking systems work with HP's TIJ technology - i.e. according to the principle of the inkjet printer. Only this printing principle is suitable for printing on different surfaces (or even bodies) such as plastic, cardboard, metal or wood, as the print head does not sit on the substrate, but rather "pours" the ink onto the print object. the ink is "thrown" onto the print object.
In addition to text, the NasaJet® can also print QR and barcodes or monochrome graphics. In particular, it allows the printing of sequential numbers and can be equipped with any type of ink (e.g. UV ink, waterproof ink,...) or ink colours.
Commonly, printing on cardboard and carton is for legally required product identification such as dates or serial numbers. However, many other applications are conceivable, such as QR codes for tracking shipments or for further processing. tracking of shipments or for more detailed product information.
The type of material to be printed is only limited by the ink used. In principle In addition to plastic, concrete, wood, metal, textiles, leather, rubber or even organic substrates (eggs, melons, meat,...) can also be printed.
