Mo-Sa: 9:00-18:00In today's high-tech world of production, efficiency and accuracy are crucial. To achieve these goals, many companies are turning to advanced techniques and strategies, including colour coding systems. These systems provide an effective way to organise and optimise the production process by enabling clear visual identification and coding of components, materials and information.
The modern manufacturing environment is often complex, with numerous components, assemblies and process steps that need to be seamlessly coordinated. Colour coding systems offer a simple but effective way to address these challenges. By marking different elements with different colours, they can provide instant visual cues to identify parts, track progress or detect errors. This helps to increase efficiency by enabling employees to make the right decisions quickly and avoid bottlenecks.
Colour marking systems also play an important role in quality control and defect prevention in production. By using different colours, defects or faulty parts can be easily identified and sorted out. In addition, colour coding can be used to indicate certain quality standards or specifications, helping to ensure that products meet the necessary requirements and reduce waste.
Another area where colour coding systems offer added value in production is warehousing and inventory management. By using colour coding, stock levels can be easily organised and identified, leading to more efficient inventory management. Employees can see at a glance which parts or materials are needed and proactively manage shortages or excess stock. Colour coding of pallets is a frequently used and efficient tool here.
A major advantage of colour coding systems is their flexibility and adaptability to the specific requirements of a company or production process. Companies can easily adapt or expand colour coding to meet changing conditions or requirements. This allows for continuous optimisation and improvement of production processes over time.
Colour coding systems offer a simple but highly effective way to organise and optimise production. By clearly visually labelling and coding components, materials and information, they help to increase efficiency, quality control and error prevention. They also make warehousing and inventory management easier and offer companies the flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
In an increasingly competitive manufacturing environment, colour marking systems can make a significant contribution to increasing a company's competitiveness and profitability.
TIJ (Thermal Inkjet) printers and marking systems have been a preferred solution for many years when it comes to fast, simple and economical labelling and marking in industry, production or retail. TIJ marking systems are used wherever legally required information can be printed directly on the product or packaging, such as best-before dates or barcodes and QR codes. However, TIJ technology is also suitable for other processes, such as in logistics or retail.
TIJ inks are available in countless variants, qualities and, of course, colours. Thanks to the quick change of TIJ cartridges and the possibility of using several independent print heads, colour markings can be applied to objects very easily and fully automatically, e.g. for error marking or as inspection markings.
Printing is contactless, meaning that extremely high processing speeds can be achieved with TIJ. The amount of ink used can be regulated almost infinitely, which makes the technology very economical. TIJ hand printers can also be used to easily mark concave and convex surfaces (such as the inside of large pipes).
